             Health Problems in Afghanistan

Usually my blog is about health and beauty but for the last few days there has been a lot of talk about Afghanistan and the problems there. The biggest problem is hunger and poverty in Afghanistan and the health of children. So I did a little research on the lives of ordinary Afghans

Humanitarian problems are on the rise in Afghanistan after the end of the 20-year war.  UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said one in three Afghans did not know where to get food, and that access to basic necessities of life was declining.

"These people are suffering from severe malnutrition," he said.  The Secretary-General called on all member states to do everything possible to save human lives and make life safer in this difficult time.

NEW CHALLENGES

What kind of food did the people of Afghanistan always eat or what was their life like?  We found out that these people usually eat Afghani bread with meat broth or some local vegetables, kabuli
gram and rice.  This is their cheap daily food.  Afghans are usually tall, broad and white.

They usually eat meat, bread and nuts.  They raise sheep, goats and cows.  From which they get milk, meat and fat, which is essential for the cold weather here.  Dried fruits like walnuts, almonds, pistachios and figs are widely used here, they are part of their daily diet, and these people also import, they extract walnut oil in their old traditional ways and  It is added to every meal or eaten on fermented bread, almonds, honey and other dried fruits which often guarantee good health.  Also herbs, flowers and fruits.  There are some that help keep them healthy, but at the moment it's not a matter of health but of filling the stomach.  By the way, these people have learned to live in poverty and are happy with a meager diet, but only if the problem is deep.  That is why the world cannot keep its eyes closed.
